Carmen scored 8 out of 10 at KLM
   
       
  KLM recently completed an internal Customer Perception Questionnaire regarding the ongoing Carmen Rostering implementation project at the Cabin Crew Division. Michel van Hout, VP Cabin Crew Planning & Assignment said, "We are very pleased with this outcome which shows the strengths of the implementation abilities of Carmen. Efficiency and crew satisfaction are becoming more and more important and it is good to see that the efforts of the Carmen-KLM team are paying off."

The review looked into the perception of how development projects are carried out. In a scale of 1–10 Carmen scored 8 in all of the categories questioned: Time plan compliance, Project budget compliance, Quality delivered, Communication from project manager and Overall satisfaction.
