13 December 2001: Carmen Development Partners Meeting - 13 December 2001

Carmen Systems hosted its annual Carmen Development Partners (CDP) meeting 13 -14 December in Göteborg. Carmen strongly believes in upholding close relationships with its clients in its aim of providing reliable, cutting-edge, and cost-saving solutions. The purpose of the meetings is to establish a discussion forum where all clients are welcome to participate in workshops and discussions about current products, new ideas, and future developments. Partners include all clients who have signed long-term partnership agreements with Carmen.

This year's meeting included presentations and workshops on new ideas and developments, for example: Self-Tuning Optimizers, Target Mastery View, Rave Explorer, etc. Short presentations were given at the beginning of the meeting with more in-depth workshops in the afternoon. The evening activities consisted of a tram ride to Liseberg- Göteborg's famous amusement park- a walk through their Christmas market and a traditional Swedish Christmas buffet at one of their famous restaurants.
