3-6 November 2001: 'Wish you were here...'

Many thanks to all of you who took part and made this Conference a success. The Conference in Mallorca provided 2 days of concentrated information from both Carmen's and our clients' experts. We would especially like to thank SAS, SAS Commuter, Spanair, Iberia, SJ, and British Airways for giving very interesting presentations.

On Saturday and Sunday there were opportunities to play golf and/or football and a very appreciated tour around the beautiful island.

A big thanks to Spanair, in particular Paz Menendez, who hosted the conference. Without their professional arrangement and hospitality we received, it would never have been such a great success.
