15 June 2001: Carmen Consulting groups Iberia cabin crew

Carmen Consulting has signed a contract for developing a CrewGroups product for Iberia Cabin Crew. Iberia needs to plan cabin crew into groups and they have been struggling in their efforts to make sure that the constructed groups match the production needs and increase quality of life of the crew members. Carmen Consulting are now developing a tool which will help Iberia to take care of this problem with increased quality and significantly decreased effort. In addition to this the process of using the Carmen CrewGroups will be industrialised, meaning that Iberia will be able to insure the same quality every month.

"It is very important to us to be able to help customers improve on time consuming processes. Saving time on one process can be a very important a factor for a customer because it means that the time saved can be invested in making sure that resources are used in the best way. This becomes money saved. We will pursue many opportunities of this kind," says John Carlander, Marketing Director of Carmen Consulting.

The CrewGroups product to go in production in October 2001.
