Course Registration /Cancellation
Please send an e-mail for registration or cancellation with the following information to your Service Manager.

Please include:

Course name (with dates)
Name (first and last)
Title
Company
Telephone Work #
Mobile #
E-mail

If your company requires that a purchasing number be given when Carmen invoices you, then this reference must be supplied at the time of enrolment.

Your registration must be received no later than 15 days before the course is scheduled to begin.

Cancellation
Please notify us of your cancellation at least 8 working days before the course is scheduled to begin, or you will be charged the total course fee.

We reserve the right to cancel a course, due to a limited number of attendants or other circumstances out of our control.

Invoicing Information
Carmen Academy will generate an invoice for a course booking 30 days before the start of the course or upon enrolment if enrolment occurs within 30 days before the start of the course.

Payment terms are 30 days from the date the invoice is sent.
