Audience
This course addresses experienced crew tracking planners with some knowledge of Carmen. It is beneficial to know about the Carmen Crew Rostering and Carmen Crew Pairing.

The course gives a thorough introduction to the use of Carmen Crew Tracking. You will receive a description of the work processes using the system and the tools available. After the course you will be able to:

Prerequisites
You should have experience from working with crew tracking in an airline and you should have attended Crew Rostering/PBS for Beginners before the course.

To get the most out of the course it is beneficial if you have run Carmen Crew Tracking or another Carmen product before this course to get acquainted with the user interface and the basic ideas with the system.

The course fee is 18 000 SEK per person.
