Fleet Assignment models extensions handle Re-fleeting and Re-timing. Difficulties in their implementation remain, as a number of resource areas must update their plans to adapt to the desired schedule changes. With 4 airlines data, we illustrate how the concept of integration can address the challenge, and lead to a radical Dynamic Scheduling approach.
