This course is for anyone who will train crew in InterBids or act as an InterBids contact for crew. For example pilots, cabin crew, union representatives, rostering planners, planning managers and trainers.

2 days, divided on three course occasions; session I 8 hours, session II+III 4 hours and 4 hours set-up time
This course gives you a deep understanding of InterBids, the bid types and the bidding rules, as well as a basic understanding of rosters and max roster construction. The course addresses the change involved in introducing a new bidding system.
The first session is held before trainers need to go out and train crew. Session II is held after first mock bids to follow up the results of the first bidding with the trainers to ensure that crew questions can be handled and session III is held 2-6 months after the system has been take in production.
